48/(v+x)=3

12 = v-x
36 = 3v-3x
48 = 3v+3x
72 = 6v
v = 12
x = 3

5/m +6/n = 1
4/3m - 2/n = 8/3

4/m - 6/n = 8
5/m + 6/n =1
9/m=9
m=1
5+6/n = 1
n = -3/2

let x be the age of father now

x/3 + 1 + 5 = (x+5)/2 - 4
x/3 + 10 = (x+5)/2
2x/3 + 20 = x +5
15 = x/3
x = 45

2y = 3
y = 3/2
